INSTRUCTIONS TO PRESENTERS

Poster Presentation

Some contributions will be presented as posters.
The poster board dimensions are 1.00m x 1.00m with actual display area of 94cm height x 80cm width.

Blu-Tac & scotch tape will be provided at the secretariat desk for poster display.

The presenters will be able to arrange their posters at designated panels from the first day of the conference and they can present at both poster sessions.

Poster Sessions

Poster Session 1 – Tuesday 23 October at 17:35–19:50

Poster Session 2 – Thursday 25 October at 17:35–19:50

Data Projectors

The lecture rooms will be equipped with data projectors only controlled by PC with MS PowerPoint software (version 2007).
The presentation files should be provided on flash memory USB sticks.
If necessary, laptops (under Windows or Mac OS) can be used directly for the presentation but organisers will have no responsibility for solving laptop-data projector communications.
A PC for checking the PowerPoint presentation beforehand will be available in the Conference Room.

Language

The official symposium language is English.
