Registration Fees

This fee excludes the excursion which will be paid separately by the participants that are interested.

For the accompanying person the fee of course includes the conference dinner and the welcome reception.

Registration Instructions

New User

If you have not already created an account, please follow the steps below:

1. Please read the instructions carefully before Clicking here to Register.
2. Select the registration and hotel room of your choice.
3. Press submit button.
4. Select “Register”.
5. Fill in the “new user registration form”.
6. Click on submit to see your congress reservation number and the options that you have chosen.
7. Check the box “I agree with the terms and conditions” and click confirm.
8. Continue with payment or log off and return to pay at a later date before the payment deadline.
   If payment is not made before the stated deadline the online system will automatically delete your registration.

Existing User

If you have already created an account, please follow the steps below:

1. Please continue to read the instructions before Clicking here to log in.
2. Select the registration and hotel room of your choice.
3. Press submit button.
4. Select “sign in” and add your username and password.
5. Check the box “I agree with the terms and conditions” and click confirm.
6. Then select the “Click here to proceed to Checkout/pay”.
7. You will be diverted to the bank’s online secure server for payment by credit card.
   Once payment is received your online account with your registration number will be updated.
8. If payment is not made before the stated deadline the online system will automatically delete your registration.

Payment Information

Panasoft online booking system is linked to the Piraeus Bank “paycenter” online system.
Payment can be made with Visa or Mastercard only.
